Welcome to Pinnacle Atlantic City, a subsidiary of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., an innovative, rapidly growing, diversified gaming company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We've exploded onto the Atlantic City scene in a big way, following the spectacular implosion of the legendary Sands Casino Hotel on October 18, 2007.

It was the first casino implosion in Atlantic City history, featuring New Jersey’s largest rooftop fireworks display ever. And in less than eight seconds, the 21-story building came crashing down into a 33,000-ton pile of concrete and rubble.

The implosion signaled the end of one era, and the beginning of the next.

Pinnacle is excited to be a part of the new Atlantic City. Our plans include the development of a multi-billion-dollar casino resort (subject to various approvals), covering more than 18 acres of oceanfront property right in the middle of all the action along the world-famous Boardwalk. This unique gaming resort, which is still in the design stages, will offer guests a total entertainment experience.

Pinnacle Entertainment has enjoyed a development boom over the past few years and has major growth plans on the horizon.

The company owns and operates casinos in Nevada, Louisiana, Indiana, Missouri, Argentina and The Bahamas. The Company opened Lumière Place, a $507 million casino hotel in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, in December 2007. Pinnacle also has a second casino development project under construction in the St. Louis area, which opening is dependent upon final approval by the Missouri Gaming Commission. Pinnacle is currently developing a second casino resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to be called Sugarcane Bay; anticipates developing a casino resort in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has submitted a proposal for a casino resort in Kansas City, Kansas, subject to various approvals.

Check back often as details on this exciting new Atlantic City project become available in the coming months.
